hindi ko alam kung sa isang taon, o sa darating na mga panahon, makakalimutan din kitang batiin (tulad ng mga nagtaksil sa iyo)

[pinaqiao?]

i hate manny's loss... for one, it isn't the usual him.

he should'nt have lost if he were in his most headstrong of poses, his fists plunging into one another as if signalling 'bbagsak na to mga parekoy.' nope, he didn't displayed that. instead we saw eric morales' savvy in the ring, throwing well-timed jabs and really strong flurrys which, compared to manny's, were the well trained punches thrown that night.

pacquiao simply boxed lamely, and whined about the 'headbutt' (which id rule two times as both a legit cut from a punch AND the eventual head collision)

no, i never had a round for manny, even for rounds 1 and 4. it was a close one, yes, but not a legit round that can be given to him. it was an eric show all throughout.

questions remain: did he even intended to drop the match knowing there's money involved around nevada? did eric leave him to leave, knowing there'll be EVEN more money in the future if ever manny goes for the rematch?

did manny left nevada a loser? of course, money wise, we could all say NO. my only hunch that, given the technicalities of all the analysis from that match that is abound even to this day, he got everything he wanted with the loss...

even the GMA heroes' welcome when he gets back home.

i hate manny's loss.

in any case, badtrip din ako sa ginawang overkill sa Camp Bagong Diwa kahapon. haysus, mga trigger-hapi nag-mamaasim na naman doing their Kuratong Baleleng routine. AS IF NAMAN LALABAN UNG MGA PRESO NANG TATATLO LANG ANG MGA BARIL!!! #$&!&!!!

[evacuation]

a sweltering afternoon. frankie thought of a few distractions: the usual netshop, a trip down memory lane via that comic shop alleyway he frequented years ago, the arcade game station and his half-mastered fighting game, the low-profile food court for a few smokes while lounging with a book or two. he thought going through the palest of a recluse with one of them, if only for the afternoon.

or then again, if for recluse really, why not maybe from all of them. or maybe just to kill time per se.

time had made its lashes of setbacks to frankie. for one he has had his moments for himself -- he can literally kill time itself. was it the easiest thing to do, lounging around, not minding the long walks and the travesity of having just about enough in his pocket to last the while-around-wander-about stretch. add to that the pack of reds he tucks in his shirt, ready to be shared to his co-wanderers. 

but he was (stupidly) alone.

yet when time went, and he didn't felt alone 'coz he had a real friend, time has a stinging reply, letting out a barrage of "i can't be with you all the time" or "i can run out" or "i can't wait for you for so long," even though he DID his stint with time even...

and he ended up (much more stupidly) alone.

unfair? no. frankie thought it was ironic. and he found his ironic friend doing his round again...

pounding the cigarette butt in the smeltering pavement that will soon to be drenched with the late afternoon rain ("may you have your crack") and going towards the end of the waiting shed, frankie decided to do the most unusual routine he can do...

he headed home.

[10-hit combo]

10) i missed writing stuff. i had these things in my head, like about [trip #2], which is supposedly about this year's UP Fair. (make that trip-notika #2 here)
9) missed my barkada and all the lakad and gimik and fun we had
8) missed ragna (and of course Rad-x) but i managed to level-up (59/44, 6 more job levels)
7) missed blogging (except checking erstwhile flamable comments)
6) missed the beach/swimming pool (and swimming per se)
5) missed some of my pets (or their 'kulit' mode when i get to play with them, or whatever...)
4) missed REAL LOUD HARDCORE ROCK n' ROLL!!! (dang, these softy acts really piss me off...)
3) missed nightouts (week na pala yun since last week's pizza routine in 70's bistro with red and jaja ::aka the payat gang::)
2) watching Animax, i kinda missed last year (and the second quarter storm i had, hence the title of this page) -- no, dont get me wrong, it's just the, let's say 'flavor,' that i missed
1) i missed dearie sooooo much. we haven't seen each other in about 3 weeks now.....

[emptiness...]

you ever had that urge to write something yet ending up with nothing but words strung together to have an incoherent thought-words stream?

i have it right now. dang have i lack the words to describe what i have been with these past few days. or maybe the word 'boomerang' will fit in. throw it away, comes back with a punch (or its edge at yer neck)...

and oh, have there been lurkees in my dreams and in the 'net, things that have been haunting me and leaving me craving to kill the 'peace-on-earth' stance i've already established.

stab one at the past, pierce what today have to offer, and hope and pray that tomorrow doesn't leave me with a bottle less.
