payon kong mahal

[aerodynamic]

hmm, a haircut. i thought its not a bad idea, i mean, last year it takes me months before i decide to have one.

so off i went to hometown, visited the place i grew up... side notes? a lot happened, and changed...

the first impulse i had was just a trim. bot then again, why waste money just to have my hair lengthen again in a couple of weeks? so, i decided...

"boss, direcho mo na lang..." next thing i knew, he was smiling. he jus took the hair out of my head... took a 2-gauge attached to the taper, and whrrr it went.

after that, there were three people smiling to the idea. me, of course, 'cos it has been years since i last had my hair clipped off. mahal was next, and her side comment was she wants the treatment too *OMG!!! shempre ayaw ko di ba?*

and i dunno if the barber was smiling even after i stepped outside the shop.

[fluttering away]

while it has all been said....

frankie stared at the monitor with a queer poker face, for quite too long. the glasses his friend gave him (or better yet, he took away from his friend) can't seem to filter the radiation away from his now-cringing cornea.

stil, he liked the solace of the bluish hue. what of the endless nights he spends in a virtual fantasy world where he can be a knight, a blacksmith, or a future monk? what of the minutes of joy he has tapping his words and his time away...

and oh... he's totally into it.

the butts lie somewhere beneath the ashes frankie accumulated thru the long hours. and the gatorade bottle's last drops will kill the smolder eventually.

how he wished he could kill the seemingly unending emptiness he feels that easily...

after conspiring on a way to end someone's life and planning to get that katana he saw at a local bookshop, he ditched the keyboard and went out of the virtual world.

he seems to be heading to wield the pen he once took as a sword. that, and the notebook as his sail...
