[double-(re)take]

this week, GMA did two blunders yet again. first, she elated in public television for the capture of an alleged terrorist, when in fact her cohorts did a blunder in the capture, mistaking the lowly civilian to their target terrorist. her second? well, of course she DID made an effort to alleviate the worsening public economy by promising a wage hike.... then doing a backtrack when she spoke in front of the business sector...

how many more blunders should this President who  makes lapses of judgment make? how many times must she claim that she's doing the best for the country?

was that one of her lies still?

[this just in...]

...or what's 'in,' as far as my mail's inbox is concerned.

lately i have been told, as my mails told me lately, that i have 'won' in an international lottery, and it was Google who initiated the raffle. the mails said it was a random raffle of numbers, and my mail had the specific 'number' necessary for the 'win.' all i must do to claim the 'prize' is for me to resend/reply to the mail my personal information.

ok, the catch here is that the purported e-mail-raffle have won me a few hundred thousands. dollars, that is. but a far bigger catch was that, i purportedly won in not just one, not just two, but three, or more times. i checked my mail just a couple of minutes ago and there's another one, with a word attachment this time.

whatever the veracity of these mails, i really don't know. if it's just spam, i can't just throw these away. who knows when these might be true. otherwise, if its just a worm or a trojan-carrying mail, i guess its prudent this post is all about letting people know about this latest cyber-raffle scam, if ever really it's a scam.

otherwise, if people out there have received their claims, let me know. pabalato na ren wehehehe....
